This second building for Ineos at Grangemouth continues an approach of consolidating existing disjointed office space to create a single modern HQ campus for staff, with enhanced wellbeing facilities. The new building is designed as a ‘twin sister’ to the award-winning original by utilising the same palette of finishes and materials, and is connected on all floors via a glazed link.

In2grate service was chosen to work with the Bowmer & Kirkland and develop a syphonic drainage solution that could complement the below ground drainage network and reduce the number of internal RWP’s.

Our finished design used  just 2 No Syphonic systems  to drain the whole of the main roof, which terminated direct to the surface water manholes.
